Previous retreat reviews
"Since spending the day with Anthony I have realised that it is okay to be vulnerable and be yourself in a world where it’s easy to lose sight of yourself sometimes. Highly recommended and believe me I’m not just saying that!"
"Really refreshing to talk about masculinity with a group of genuine guys instead of a therapist or something similar. Also really cool to learn about movement and do breath work/meditation alongside surfing."

about the event
We are excited to introduce to you Bothsides latest event - led by professional rugby player, Anthony Mullally with Luke Dillon.
Situated in the beautiful Watergate Bay in North Cornwall.
Anthony Mullally is a plant-based Rugby leage professional with over 200 career appearances, as well as receiving the Super League Trophy with the Leeds Rhinos in 2017.
Throughout his journey with Rubgy, Anthony has been faced with some of the many challenges of what it means to embody masculinity in the modern world.
Throughout this event, Anthony and other instructors will take attendees on a day of surfing, breathwork, competition and fundamental discussion.
The purpose of this workshop will be to provide men with a forum in which candid, honest discussions about masculinity and the challenges that we face in navigating masculinity in the present day, are welcome.
